Stall booking forms will be available from 1st August 2020.
Stalls are available for the Saturday Gala Day. If you would like to book a stall please print and fill in the form below and then post it to Hospice South Canterbury, PO Box 4007, Highfield, Timaru 7942. We limit the number of stalls and try not to have too many of the same type of stalls. Once we have your application we will email you to let you know if we have accepted your site.
Sites cost $70 incl GST for an unpowered site (4mx4m) and an extra $30 incl GST for a powered site (15 amps each) . If you would like more information please click the link below or email us.
Covid-19: We will offer full refunds to all car registrants, ticket buyers and stallholders should the 2021 Caroline Bay Rock and Hop be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. Our intention is to give as much notice as possible about this, with a final decision date of March 1, 2021. It is also our intention to either hold the whole event, or not hold it at all.
If the event is cancelled for other reasons, such as inclement weather on the day, refunds for stallholders will be available.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the programme, the entertainment, or the venue at any time prior to the event date. The event organisers will ensure any changes are advised as soon as possible.
Sites cannot be held unless the fee has been paid so please do not ask.
If you had a stall last year you will probably not be in the same place we like to mix it up to be fair to all.
Stallholders are responsible for providing their own gazebos, and all necessary equipment. All stallholders will be required to stay on site and operating until the end time of 4pm (no exceptions thanks). If you have a powered site please make sure you have the right connections and please refer to terms and conditions.
